This is a Nine Inch Nails themed setup on my HTC Evo running Cyanogenmod and ADW Launcher.

I couldn't find the WidgetLocker slider I used. I tried looking all over and came up with nothing. In the theme preview it's called "Light". Sorry. (EDIT: Found the slider theme here: [link])

Can you please tell me how you make the notification bar at the top disappear? Also, is it on auto-hide? If yes, when you drag down does it still appear?

It's a setting from the CM7 version of ADW Launcher. To get to it hit Menu>Settings>ADWLauncher>Screen Preferences>Hide status bar. Not exactly sure what you mean by auto-hide, but you can set up a gesture to open the notification bar under Menu>Settings>ADWLauncher>General Behavior>Swipe down actions.
